We restructured a Kenworth studio bunk and installed it on a Western Star cab. It serves as a control cab for a nitrogen pumping unit.

These were downsized and modified Mac sleepers that we put on Kenworth nitrogen oil well service trucks. We had contract for two of these trucks

This is our latest conrol cab. The sleeper came off of a late model Mack truck and was modified to fit a 2005 International.
